  • Payment for classes is due the 1st of every month. All payment should be made through auto payment. A valid credit card should be in file for auto payment. A convenience fee of $25 will be charged for any failed transactions.

  • A one-time $45 registration fee is due with the first month's payment. If lessons are stopped for 1 month or more, the registration fee will be due again upon rejoining.

  • Please pick up your children within 10 minutes of the ending time of the class your child is attending.

  • We love having all of our kids at practice. However, we ask that if your child has been sick, please keep them at home until they have been fever/sickness free for at least twenty-four hours.

  • Tuition will only be prorated when joining after the 1st week of the month.

  • In the event of inclement weather an email will be sent if we cancel the class.

  • If you refer another student to Kluge, please let us know as you will receive a $30 credit on your tuition the following month.

  • If you take private lessons and need to cancel one, please notify the coach 24 hrs prior to that to avoid being charged for the lesson

  • Please participate in discarding cups and papers in the trash

  • Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
